Who is PILATES for?

Anyone from 8 to 80+ wishing to improve their total fitness, posture and appearance.Both those new to exercise and the very experienced

PRE-PILATES PROGRAMMES:

Recommended as a means of REHABILITATION from illness or injury. WOMEN who are planning a family, and especially after pregnancy.
Suitable for first time exercisers, particulalrly the older client.

PILATES

A series of corrective excercises taught in either in studio or a mat-work environment.
Improves posture and mobility by rebalancing the body as a whole through strengthening and lengthening sequences.

ADVANCED / CLASSICAL PILATES:

SPORTS people and top athletes.
MEN who want to maintain their fitness and PREVENT injuries.
Anyone who wishes to learn to complete the advanced full classical mat programme.
