Who is PILATES for?

Anyone from 8 to 80+ wishing to improve their total fitness, posture and appearance.Both those new to exercise and the very experienced


Recommended as a means of REHABILITATION from illness or injury. WOMEN who are planning a family, and especially after pregnancy.
Suitable for first time exercisers, particulalrly the older client.
