Keeping the Correct Chair Posture

Sitting is probably something we are all going to be doing a lot of whilst we have our movements restricted.

The following exercise has been designed for your mother or father, grandmother or grandfather (Iā€™m assuming they are less Facebook savvy) so if you able show them the video that would be fantastic. Having said that everyone, whatever age, could benefit.

Basic Relaxation

Being able to relax is very important to your mind and body, so take 10 minutes out to just follow through this video. 

Make sure you are lying on a comfortable surface, with cushions under your head to support your neck. Bring your knees up as shown to take the pressure off your back.

Gentle movements to rebalance yourself! 

Help your body and mind in difficult times.
